Reminders for a safe and enjoyable stay, and to avoid additional charges to your credit card. Please read the following safety reminders. Unfortunately, if safety rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave without receiving a refund.
We hope you appreciate the fact that we must have guest policies. Friendly Pines Cabins promotes peace and quiet and adheres to safety policies. Receipt of your confirmation form is considered client’s agreement of all policies listed below and found on our website. Failure to follow policies will lead to being asked to leave without a refund and your credit card will be charged any additional fines.
Policies are subject to change without notice
Guests MUST be greater than eighteen (18) years of age to rent a cabin. No one less than eighteen (18) can occupy a cabin without the presence of an adult.
A $200 fine will be levied to the renter/cardholder for the following:
- NO PETS allowed on the premises
- NO SMOKING in the cabins
- NO ATV riding around or on the property – Fines are enforced by the Sheriff’s office and game wardens
- NO GUNS allowed on the premises
- NO LOUD motorcycles
- NO FIREWORKS
- NO LOUD noise or music to disturb others
- NO LARGE FIRES in the fire pits
Renter/Cardholder is responsible for damages and/or misuse of the property and its contents by all guests during their reservation and ACKNOWLEDGES such actions will result in additional charges. Should property damage be found and not reported to management, your credit card will be charged the appropriate amount for repairs.
Two (2) night minimum stay for all cabins.
Three (3) night minimum stay for all holidays.
One (1) night stay requests accepted for WEEKDAYS (MONDAY - THURSDAY) only.
One (1) night stays for weekends, require a phone call to the on-site manager prior to booking.
Please refer to Reservation Tab on website for cabin rates. All applicable taxes will be applied to cabin reservation in addition to the rate.
Cabins 1-6: A $35.00 non-refundable deposit is charged when reservation is confirmed by receipt of the Registration Form.
Cabins 7, 8, and 12: A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is charged when reservation is confirmed by receipt of the Registration Form.
Reservations guaranteed by credit card only.
Cancellations MUST BE CONFIRMED by phone or email.
No Show / No Call:
If renter/cardholder does not arrive and does not have a valid email cancellation, a one night stay WILL BE CHARGED TO renter/cardholder’s credit card.
3:00 PM or after. If checking in after 8:00 PM, please call.
11:00 AM or before. Please leave cabin tidy with dishes washed and put away, trash and litter in closed containers.
(The number approved on your reservation) Cabin and property must not be occupied by more than the maximum allowable number of guests that were approved with the reservation at any given time, including renter’s family, children and infants. Do not arrive with additional guests or invite others for day visits, meals, parties or overnight. Maximum occupancy is mandated by the Fire Marshall and must be followed.
It is expressly understood and agreed that the owners of said premises, shall not be liable for any damages or any injury to guest (cardholder), guest’s guests or his family or to his family’s or guest’s property from whatever cause arising from occupancy of said premises by guest (cardholder) and his family and guests. It is further understood and agreed that owner shall not be responsible for any personal property left by guest in said premises. In the event property of guest is left on premises, guest may request owner or owner’s agent to mail or ship property back to guest at guest’s sole expense.
